FREE EDUCATION POLICY

1. Eligibility Criteria
  • The free education policy applies only to students whose parents meet the income criteria set by the school and the Alfalah Group of Companies, Saudi Arabia.
  • Parents must submit an income certificate duly signed by a government office to verify eligibility.
  • The school reserves the right to verify financial documents and request additional proof if needed.
  • Eligibility will be reviewed annually based on the family’s financial status and the student’s academic performance.
2. Application Process
  • Parents must submit a formal application for the free education program along with all required documents.
  • The application must include proof of income, previous academic records, and any additional supporting documents requested by the school.
  • Applications will be reviewed by the school committee, and the decision will be communicated within a stipulated time frame.
3. Academic Performance Requirement
  • The free education benefit is granted as a scholarship based on the student’s marks and grades.
  • Students must maintain a minimum academic performance as determined by the school’s academic policy.
  • If a student’s academic performance drops below the required standard, the scholarship may be revoked.
4. Mandatory Fees
  • Even if granted free education, students must still pay the Application fees, Uniform fees, and Transportation fees if applicable.
  • These fees must be paid in full at the time of admission.
  • The school reserves the right to revoke the free education benefit if the mandatory fees are not paid on time.
5. Conduct and Discipline
  • Students receiving free education must maintain discipline and follow all school rules and regulations.
  • Any involvement in misconduct, repeated violations of school policies, or disciplinary action may result in revocation of the scholarship.
6. Attendance and Participation
  • Students must maintain a minimum attendance percentage as specified by the school.
  • Active participation in academic and extracurricular activities is expected.
  • Absenteeism without valid reasons may lead to a review and potential withdrawal of the scholarship.
7. Renewal and Review
  • Free education scholarships will be reviewed annually.
  • Parents may be required to submit updated financial documents each year to continue receiving the benefit.
  • The school reserves the right to modify or discontinue the scholarship based on funding availability and policy changes.
8. Transfer and Discontinuation
  • If a student transfers to another school, the free education scholarship will not be transferred.
  • If a student voluntarily discontinues education, they must inform the school in advance.
9. Parental Responsibility
  • Parents must ensure that all required documents are submitted on time.
  • Parents must attend meetings or discussions regarding the student’s academic performance and conduct.
  • Any false information provided will result in immediate cancellation of the scholarship.
10. Appeals and Exceptions
  • If a student loses eligibility, parents can submit an appeal to the school management for reconsideration.
  • The school reserves the right to make exceptions in special cases based on financial and academic evaluations.
11. Approval and Review Policy
  • The free education policy is subject to periodic review by the school management and Alfalah Group of Companies.
  • Changes to the policy will be communicated to parents and students in advance.
  • The school reserves the right to amend or discontinue the policy based on circumstances and funding availability.
